Welcome to the home of The Yellows!
The Jim Tate Bedfont & Feltham Youth Tournament took place in glorious sunshine on Sunday 20th May.
Organised by Director of Football Scott Savoy, a large number of local clubs took part.
Scott would like to thank all the clubs and the match referees and club officials for making the day a success.
Wembley lights up for The Yellows
Ahead of this weekend’s Emirates FA Cup Final, Wembley Stadium has lit up its iconic arch in the colours of all 737 teams.
It's A Wrap!
The Yellows (finally) played their last match of the 2017-18 season on Tuesday evening (8th May) at Chessington & Hook United.
This was after no-less than three failed attempts due to weather issues. The hot Bank Holiday weather ensured the pitch at Chalky Lane had dried sufficiently to let the match go ahead.
Ed Scurfield opened the scoring for the Yellows early in the match, but this was soon cancelled out by strikes from the hosts.
The half-time score was 2-1 and 'Chessy' added a third in the second half. They did pay compliment to us, stating on their Twitter feed that we put in a "very spirited performance" and that we could have got something from the game as they failed to take numerous chances.
There are a few matches still to be played, and some in the hands of the league's management committee for various reasons, so we won't know our final league position just yet.
This was also Dan Huxley's final match as manager for the Yellows. He said "A tough season, a little up and down and not quite as clear cut as we would have hoped, but we plugged away until we got it right eventually! Now time for a rest whilst considering the future."
Keep an eye on our website, and on social media for updates during the summer.
Thank you for your support over the past season, and we hope everyone enjoys the summer break.
Season 2018-19 starts on 4th August so not too long to wait!

FA Charter Standard
The club has worked hard over the past season and are proud of the fact that we passed the annual 'health check' and can therefore continue to display the FA Charter Standard accreditation.
Neighbours... Everybody needs good neighbours!
Our friends and neighbours Bedfont Sports have secured promotion to Step 4 for next season. They are awaiting the FA's summer shuffle but will be competing in either the Southern or Isthmian leagues.
All of us over the fence at The Orchard send our congratulations to The Eagles and wish them all the best in their new endeavours.
Bedfont & Feltham FC invite applications for 1st Team Manager to work alongside hard working committee.

Fighting the "Beast from the East"
Yellows' manager Dan Huxley and the lads forfeited training on Thursday evening due to the snowy conditions.
Rather than just put their feet up, they headed into central London and handed out much-needed hot food and drinks and other essential items to some of the homeless.
Dan and his 'boys' gave up their expenses (which he also matched). He said "It's the boys that wanted to do it. We've got some good lads to be fair; we're getting right into it."
Amongst retweets and comments on Twitter, Producer and writer John Warrington and former Minder Gary Webster shared their thoughts.
Remembering lost friends
Twenty-nine years ago, on 1st March 1989 there was a tragic accident involving Feltham Football Club players.
Travelling home after a home match versus Newbury Town, 5 players were involved in an horrific accident at the junction The Causeway and the A30 near Feltham.
Alfie Lawrence, Kenneth Bookle and Winston Wright were fatally injured whilst Peter Hamilton and Tony Hurtault were seriously injured. A charity collection raised a large amount of money and the players had a plaque made which was put up in our clubhouse. Vice President John Cronk is the custodian of this plaque at present. It reads...
Dedicated in memory of
ALFIE, KEN and WINNIE
This plaque is presented by the players of Feltham FC in remembrance of Alfie Lawrence, Kenneth Bookle and Winston Wright who were so tragically killed in the accident of Wednesday 1st March 1989, and also to remember that Peter Hamilton and Tony Hurtault thankfully survived the same accident.
